Havelock Tourist and Event Center

DISCOVER THE WONDER OF USMC AVIATION. Visit an exciting aviation exhibit highlighting Marine Corps aviation in Eastern North Carolina. Five restored aircraft on loan from the U.S. Marine Corps and Department of the Navy are on display along with scaled models depicting the aircraft lineage of the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing at Cherry Point from its inception in 1942. Historic photographs, videos and artifacts round out the exhibit. The adjacent waterfront park along Slocum Creek freatures a nature boardwalk and boat ramp.
